The problem
A travel block in your calendar is only half the job. You still have to notice it, work out when to actually leave, and hope the roads behave.
Most of us realise we're running late the moment we open the front door. By then the motorway's already a car park and the apology email is writing itself.
Departure alerts
Get a nudge before each travel block starts, so you leave on time without clock-watching. Choose how much warning you want (5, 10, 15, 20 or 30 minutes), then how you'd like to hear about it.
A calendar reminder that pops up on your phone. It's the most reliable nudge, and it works even when you're nowhere near your laptop.
A "leave now" email with one-tap Google Maps and Waze links, so you can set off straight from your inbox.
Switch on either, or both. Change the timing whenever you like and TravelSync updates the reminders on your upcoming journeys for you. There's nothing to re-run.
Daily briefing
An optional email that lands each morning with the shape of your day: how many visits you've got, when you need to leave for the first, and your total driving time and distance.
Pick a send time that suits you. No travel that day? TravelSync skips the email rather than send you an empty one.
Traffic delay warnings
Roadworks and rush hour don't check your calendar. This does.
In the run-up to each journey, TravelSync compares the live drive time against your usual route. If it's slower by more than the threshold you set (anywhere from 5 to 30 minutes), you get an email with an updated leave-by time and tap-to-navigate links. On a normal day, you hear nothing.
One place to switch it all on
Everything lives in the Alerts & Briefings tab in Settings. Each channel is a single switch, and they're all off until you turn them on.
No new app, no extra tab to keep open. TravelSync already runs in the background, so it just adds the nudges you ask for.
