Departure Alerts Now live
Never miss when it's time to leave for your next meeting:
- Native calendar reminders on every travel block — your phone pings you automatically
- Optional "Leave now" email with destination, drive time, and one-tap Google Maps or Waze link
- Configurable lead time — 5, 10, 15, 20, or 30 minutes before you need to leave

Daily Briefing Email Now live
An optional morning summary of your day's travel — how many visits, when to leave first, total drive time, and total distance. One glance over coffee and you know your day. Turn it on under Daily Briefing in Settings.
Traffic Delay Warnings Now live
TravelSync checks live traffic conditions before each journey. If there's a delay, you'll get a heads-up with an updated "leave by" time — so you're never caught out by roadworks or rush hour. Turn it on under Traffic Delay Warnings in Settings.

Location Nicknames
Give your frequent destinations friendly names — "Client A's Office" instead of "47 High Street, Wimborne BH21 1HR". Used in travel block titles, mileage reports, and the dashboard.
Route Optimisation
When you have three or more site visits in a day, TravelSync will suggest the best order to visit them — minimising total drive time. The kind of thing that pays for itself in a single day.
Weather Forecasts
Departure alert emails will include weather conditions at your destination — rain, snow, or sunshine. A simple heads-up so you can plan accordingly.
